Due to the complex, Laser nature of this art, please allow 2 to 5 days for the creation and dispatch of your unique piece, plus an additional 5 days for shipping.

The orientation of the laser-engraved wooden artwork will be determined based on the image composition and size:
Group photographs will be crafted in landscape orientation.
Single or couple portraits will be crafted in portrait orientation.
If you would like a specific orientation (for example, a single or couple portrait in landscape,border,comments,etc..), please mention your preference while placing the order.
If you wish to explore other models, sizes, shapes, textures, or designs, please contact us through WhatsApp. We will share all available options such as circle, heart, square, clock, calendar, or any customized design upon request.

The video should clearly show the original packaging and the damaged product within it. This evidence helps us verify the damage and speed up the refund process.
2. *Damage-Only Return Policy*: Returns and refunds are eligible only for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns or refunds based on variations in size or color, as these factors may slightly differ from product images or descriptions.
